ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT FOR GRANT FUNDING
This position is responsible for researching and identifying grant funding sources, preparing proposals and securing funding for programs and projects of Carolina Youth Development Center. The Associate Director will maintain a grants schedule and will produce reports on all grant funds received and projects funded. A successful track record of grants secured is required. Bachelor’s degree required. Must have exceptional writing skills. Extensive experience in general fund raising and/or human services fundraising preferred. Salary range is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year.
