The National Academy Museum and School of Fine Arts seeks a part-time grant writer to join the Academy’s development team. The National Academy is a 183 year old artist membership association, a museum of American art, and an art school.
Under the direction of the Senior Development Officer, this part-time position will work with the various departments in the preparing/writing of grant proposals for exhibitions, education, special projects, and general operating funds. It will also include collecting and analyzing information, reporting data, preparing progress reports and project evaluations and some prospect research.
Successful candidate will have at lease 2 years of grant writing experience in cultural/arts organizations. Salary is commensurate with experience.
