CONSULTANT GRANT WRITERS NEEDED
Insight Grants Development, LLC (www.insightgrants.com) is actively
recruiting consultant grant professionals for its team. Our objective is to
add 5-15 experienced grant writers with track records of success to our team
within the next 30 days. These individuals will be added to our current
consultant list and will be offered per-project contracts as projects
matching experience and skill sets become available. We anticipate several
projects related to K-12 physical education funding will be available within
the next one to two months. We pay flat fees negotiated at the time projects
are offered to the consultant, and in most cases, we are able to offer
additional compensation for projects with short turn-around times.
While we are interested in writers with experience in all areas of grant
funding, we are most in need of grant writers and editors with experience
securing funding for the following topic areas (in order of priority): K-12
physical education, other K-12 education topics, foundation and corporate
funding, US DHHS grants, technology, and funding for municipalities. Ideal
candidates will be able to demonstrate:
• at least two years of grants development and/or grant research
experience (.5 FTE or greater per year)
• a grant approval average of 33% or greater for the last two or more
consecutive years
• at least $250,000 raised per year for the last two or more
consecutive years
• a bachelor’s degree or higher
Other applicants may be considered if they are able to supply cogent
arguments demonstrating that their experience and education will make them
valuable additions to our team based on our identified areas of need.
Priority may be given to applicants who have successfully won one or more
Carol M. White Physical Education Program (PEP) grants and/or who have
served as official grant reviewers in the past.
Interested applicants should forward the items listed below to
info@insightgrants.com or fax number 270-596-5330 as soon as possible.
Applicants need not be located in the Rochester, NY area—work will be
performed remotely.
• cover letter
• resume (including up-to-date email address and phone number)
• at least one writing sample—preferably a grant narrative;
identifying client information may be removed
• listing of grants applied for in the last two to three years
(indicating grant program name, funding authority, dollar amount requested,
and outcome for each application)
